The Virtual Master Blade
The Virtual Master Blade (VMB), Avion’s tail rotor balancing kit, has
been approved by AMCOM for use at both field and depot levels. The VMB is capable
of balancing the Apache tail rotor blade, the Black Hawk tail rotor paddle
and the UH-60 main rotor tip cap. Similar to the main rotor fixture, the VMB
can be modified to accommodate new blade and tip cap types.
